Jika berlaku sebarang kecemasan, pihak sekolah dibenarkan untuk mendapatkan rawatan perubatan daripada pakar perubatan yang berkelayakan atau hospital yang berdekatan untuk pelajar berkenaan. Pihak sekolah dan kakitangan tidak akan bertanggungjawab dalam sebarang rawatan perubatan yang diberikan kepada pelajar atau caj perubatan yang dikenakan. Jika maklumat ini tidak dimaklumkan kepada pengurusan sekolah sebelum pengambilan pelajar, pihak pengurusan Maahad Tahfiz al-Quran wal-Qiraat ADDIN berhak untuk membatalkan penerimaan pelajar tersebut sebagai pelajar Maahad Tahfiz al-Quran wal-Qiraat ADDIN. Pihak Sekolah juga berhak untuk memberhentikan pelajar yang tidak mengikut peraturan dan disiplin Maahad Tahfiz al-Quran wal-Qiraat ADDIN berdasarkan cadangan oleh Pengetua Sekolah dan Guru Disiplin.
